About Us

Brett Fulton

Attorney Brett Fulton has been licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona since 2001, and in the State of North Carolina since 2015. He has worked as a criminal prosecutor and a criminal defense attorney and a civil litigator in private practice. Currently, he specializes in helping clients receive the benefits they rightfully deserve through Social Security Disabilty Insurance (SSDI), Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and VA Disability Benefits claims.

Attorney Fulton served four years in the United States Navy and was attached to the USS Peleliu (LHA-5). After being honorably discharged, he completed his undergraduate education at California State University, Long Beach, and graduated from the Pepperdine School of Law in May of 2001.

Attorney Fulton’s military and diverse legal background give him a unique perspective when advocating for his clients. In the past several years, he has helped many clients receive the benefits to which they are entitled and has developed needed relationships with disability judges and other essential personnel to help in that process.

To learn more about how you may be entitled to receive Social Security benefits, contact our office for a free legal consultation. Attorney Fulton will evaluate your case at no cost and discuss your eligibility to file a claim or handle your appeal from a denial. If he cannot assist with your case for some reason, Attorney Fulton will refer you to a trusted network of colleagues.
